If you are not entirely happy with your donation, or if you have donated a wrong amount or for the wrong purpose, please contact our office with your transaction details, and we will get back to you.

Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust however reserves the right to refuse/cancel a donation towards the activities if:

1. The donor does not indicate the purpose of the donation.

2. The donor does not give their full name, address, and other contact details.

3. The donor does not give their PAN when donating ₹ 10,000/- or above.

We, as a charitable institution shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
